Restore YogaTouch

Join us for Yoga Touch- Restorative Yoga with “high touch” elements. The group settles in a restorative yoga posture using many props and bolstering for ultimate comfort, this allows the therapist to then have great accessibility to hypertense and often short muscles. After the therapist gives each client an adjustment including compression, assisted stretching and traction, the group is then moved into another position with the goal of working the whole body for an all over release. All levels welcome.

Power Vinyasa

Awaken the mind and detoxify the body with this energizing and invigorating power flow for all levels. Flow with your breath through dynamic movements, working toward new peak Yoga postures each week to keep your practice alive and thriving. Build core strength and body confidence while improving balance and deepening flexibility. This power class is designed to generate heat, challenge your practice, and keep you moving. This practice is for all levels of Yogis wanting to sweat and connect.

Hatha Align

This class is suitable for any level of student to develop body awareness, strength, flexibility, and precision of Yoga postures. Emphasis of alignment principles, focused breathing, and slower transitions in the class will educate the body and the mind in a way that will allow the practitioner to hold postures more strongly and truly experience them in their body.

Hatha Flow

Deepen your connection to breath, body, & mind in this all-levels class! This merges classic hatha postures in a flowing way with several breaths per pose. Students will explore the play between effort & relaxation, cultivating strength, focus, & endurance. Jamie seamlessly incorporates props throughout the practice, offering variations in order to provide an enriching experience for all. Class begins with a meditation & ends with sound healing to integrate your practice. Room warmed to 80*

Heated Happy Hatha

A practice for all levels that centers on articulating alignment of yoga posture with attention to detail and hands on adjustments that will leave you feeling the burn. Really sit into each posture, as they are held for 5-8 breaths. Build heat internally as well as externally as the room is warmed under the glow of infrared lights.

Strength & Ease

This class is all levels, breath-led, strong, and tender in the way that we stay out of struggle. Instead we will create space in the joints, space in and around the heart, and space between the thoughts. So please plan generally; arrive with an open mind and an open heart, wear comfortable clothes, hydrate, allow three hours from your last meal (if possible) so that we comfortably connect to powerful breathwork and our core.

Blended Vinyasa

Blended Vinyasa combines the mindful, deliberate approach of Hatha yoga with the dynamic fluid, sequencing of Vinyasa flow. Under Jamie's guidance, this class emphasizes alignment, breath, and smooth transitions, holding poses to build strength and flexibility while maintaining a continuous, rhythmic flow. Practitioners will experience a balanced practice that enhances physical awareness, mental clarity, and harmony between body and breath. The session concludes with a guided savasana and rejuvenating sound healing.

Bring awareness away from your busy life and into your inner world— begin to cultivate a feeling of calm and peace from the inside out with extended holds and quiet meditation with this gentle yin yoga practice. This is a “high touch” class with hands on adjustments from the instructor to gently deepen and enrich the postures.

The Sanskrit meaning of Anusara is translated into flowing with grace. Anu meaning “with” and Sara meaning “flow”. This unique heart opening practice focuses on attitude, alignment, and action. The 3 A’s of the Anusara teaching methodology. Anusara is a vinyasa like style practice that is very much focused on proper alignment, heart opening asanas, and the tantric philosophy of genuine intrinsic goodness.

Kundalini Yoga/Meditation with Soundbath

Kundalini Yoga helps maintain homeostasis of the glandular and nervous systems of the body. The instruction will support those new to Kundalini Yoga, though all experience levels are welcome and can benefit from the practice (the class will progress over time). This 75 minute practice begins with an invocation to set intention. The practice leads into guided breath exercises (pranayama) and transitions into one or more kriya(s) of physical movement (asana) that leads to a restful relaxation (savasana).

Challenge yourself with this Vinyasa style class lead by Karyn. Done under the direct heat of infrared lights/heaters. Be prepared to sweat, detox the body while flowing through empowering yoga postures. This variation of "Hot Yoga" differs from most in that the intent is to sweat and build strength and challenge our bodies to let go of tension and create length in the muscles. This class is heated to 90 + Degrees

Heated Vinyasa + Sound Bath

Join Karyn for a 75 min heated Vinyasa yoga flow with therapeutic grade infrared heat lamps. Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the movement between postures, guided by intentional breath to build strength, freedom, and fluidity in your body and mind. Class is finished by a healing sound bath in savasana for total relaxation. ALL levels welcome! Heated to 95 degrees.

Join us for a Slow Flow Vinyasa-- a dynamic form of Hatha, structured and placed in a special way to flow with your breath. This series is great for all levels, but ideal for those wanting to challenge and advance in strength, balance, and mobility.

IGNITE the class is a transformative and empowering movement methodology that transcends the boundaries of traditional yoga, as it is a hybrid embodiment practice that fuses dynamic Vinyasa, primal movement, ecstatic dance, and more. This class allows you to embark on a journey through the seven main chakras, challenging both your mind and body, activating sensual somatic healing energy, and igniting your inner primal self.

IGNITE The Class

This class is an all-levels Hatha based class. Begin with a strength based Hatha flow to build heat and intensity within your body, then cool down with a restorative stretch for long lasting muscle function and relief. This is a great energizing way to move throughout your day and week! The perfect blend of movement and deep rest.

Active Restore

Join us for an hour of restoration for the body, mind, and soul. Many adjustments, assisted stretches and compression techniques a utilized by the instructor to facilitate a deeper release. This is a gentle yet deep focus on restorative postures, breath work, meditation, and yogic alignment. This practice is perfect for resting and restoring your physical body while connecting with your inner self. For all levels.

Yoga Sculpt is where mind and body meet! This class blends together a Vinyasa style flow with light weights, bands, and yoga blocks to offer a full body routine. While mixing yoga asana with strength-building exercises and cardio, you’ll be able to your strength in mind, body, and soul!

Join us for concise meditative movement geared toward facilitating a powerful sweaty release. This practice led by Chelsea P is rooted in meditative movement working with your own unique alignment to shift our bodies through shapes, transitions, and phases with ease and strength. Chelsea’s approach to practice is playful and inclusive with a goal of giving each attendee an attainable challenge.

Heated Vinyasa

Hot Power Flow is a dynamic, vinyasa-based class designed to bring awareness to the connection between body and breathe. Often referred to as a “moving meditation”, the rhythm of the inhales and exhales allows space for the body and mind to move in a flow like state. During this class we use asana poses designed to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, and peace of mind. This class led by Kaitlyn is heated to approximately 90+ with therapeutic grade red lights and is open to all levels.

Workshops

A special monthly gathering of women in a supportive environment free of discrimination or judgement. Community Circles are a safe space for self-reflection and support. When surrounded by sisterhood, there is a blossoming in the connection of sharing wisdom, experiences and feelings with other women. This is a time for story-telling, singing and dancing, ritual, and for the freeing of our authentic souls. In this safe space, we as women have the opportunity to connect as you are and be who you are.
